About us

Regenten Fastighets AB owns and manages real estate properties consisting of apartments and business premises located in small towns and villages in Kinda, Västerviks, Vimmerby, Hultsfreds and Söderhamns municipalities.

Per Carlsson and Jan-Olof Andersson started Regenten Fastighets AB 2005 and the company has grown ever since. Today Regenten Fastighets AB is a group of four companies. Together they manage 180 apartments and 10 premises with the total area of 23 000 square meters. The total revenue is 15 MSEK.
